The multimedia monitoring centre is the seat of the centralized security desk. It is equipped with modern advanced information technology and built based on prescribed standards with regard to providing an alternative source of electricity and ensuring full security of client personal data storage.
Our trained operators respond according to the agreed contract. In the event of a non-standard situation, for example, they can send a rescue unit, contact a person on the client´s side or alert the Police of the Czech Republic.
Such a solution is also offered when the building is invaded. Data and information obtained from monitoring systems are always transferred to the PCO monitoring centre where they are subsequently evaluated, all that for your safety.
On request, we can also provide sophisticated access to the centralized security desk database via the “MyPCO” service. Thanks to this app, our clients have access to up-to-date information on the status of their guarded building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Communication takes place in the secure SSL protocol and is accessible via most of the current web browsers.
The transmission takes place via the data network of mobile operators. For these purposes, the REGGAE GT device is installed in the building which remains the permanent property of D.I.SEVEN. It is an alarm transmission device transmitting messages from EZS and EPS to the PCO via various transmission systems.
The transmission takes place via a fixed data network. The connection of the monitored system to the PCO D.I.SEVEN using LAN is provided by the customer via the data network and in cooperation with the relevant service organization, unless the management of the monitored system is part of the delivery or management of D.I.SEVEN.
It is an EZS with the Videofied function that transmits data from the guarded building using communication based on GPRS transmission to the server. For communication, a data SIM is installed in the PCO in the control panel which remains the permanent property of the provider.
It is a transmission using a unified telephone network. The connection of the monitored system to the PCO of D.I.SEVEN using JTS is provided by the customer via analogue line and in cooperation with the relevant service organization, unless the management of the monitored system is part of the delivery or management of D.I.SEVEN.
